ABSTRACT

The main objective of the medical inventory system is to manage the details of medicines, inventory, stocks, medical supply, Keep records doctors and patients and all. It manages all the information about medicines, companies, medical information. The project is totally built at administrative and department access methods. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing medical information.

PROJECT GOAL:

• To build a application which is analysis to track patients medical information to supply the medicine by the doctors very effective manner.

FUNCTIONALITES PROVIDED BY MEDICAL INVENTORY SYSTEM ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Provide the search facilities based on various factors.
• It tracks all the information of Inventory.
• Manage the information of inventory.
• Shows the information and description the patients between the doctors into medical information.
• Using CURD (Create, Update, Run, Delete) facilities of records.
• Integration of all reports of medical inventory system.

INPUT DATA AND VALIDATION OF BCAS LMS SYSTEM ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• All the fields such as medicines, medical information, transection are validated and does not take invalid values.
• Each form for doctors, patients, any other users identity can not accept blank values fields.
• Avoiding errors in application using advance try catch methods.
